NEW High Performance Clinics for young players
Taking advantage of his team of world class coaches this season, Jamie Venerys has added two new high performance coaching clinics for young competitive players.
Both clinics are on during the Christmas holidays for 10 to 16 year olds and will showcase the skills of coaches with international playing and coaching experience.
The first is the Hopman Cup Clinic, December 8 to 12, at the Mosman Park Tennis Club, from 9 to 11am every day. It will be based on the high intensity drills and workouts used by the famous Harry Hopman Tennis Academy in Florida, USA.
Participants in this clinic will also have the opportunity to win a double pass to the 21st Hyundai Hopman Cup at the Burswood Dome on January 3 to 9, 2009.
The second clinic is called the Australian Open Clinic and will be held from January 27 to 30 at Peppermint Grove Tennis Club, 4 to 6pm, to coincide with the final week of the Grandslam Tournament in Melbourne.
Players at this clinic will learn to play and train like the professionals. Participants are also eligible to win tickets to the Federation Cup round robin tournament at the State Tennis Centre in February 2009.
To enrol, go to our secure pay online section of this website and select Clinic 5 for the Hopman Cup Clinic and Clinic 6 for the Australian Open Clinic or go to the Brochures and Flyers section and print off a copy and post the enrolment form to PO Box 564, Cottesloe, WA 6911.
Information about group lesson coaching in Term 1, 2009 is also available on this web site in the brochures and flyers section and you can also enrol for classes online.
